Four steps. Five business days.
Everything you need to know
about your home.
No forms, no algorithms, no call center. You work directly with a 27-year Summit County remodeling expert from the first conversation to the last question you ever have about your home.
The discovery call — a real conversation about your home.
Before anything else, we talk.
Adam asks about your home: when it was built, what you love about it, what you're worried about, and what projects have been on your list. He asks about your timeline and your goals — not just for specific projects, but for the home overall.
This is not a sales call. Adam is not trying to close you on the Report. He's trying to understand whether the Report is genuinely the right fit for where you are right now.
If it is, you schedule the site visit. If it's not — if you have a single specific project and just need a contractor referral, or if your situation calls for something different — Adam will tell you that and point you toward what actually makes sense. Free advice is free. The 30 minutes is valuable either way.
- A list of your home's current concerns and project ideas
- Any past inspection reports or contractor estimates you've received
- A sense of your timeline and your available budget range
- The other person in the household who makes home decisions (bring them, or loop them in)
The on-site visit — where the real work happens.
This is the only part that happens in person, and it only needs to happen once.
Adam arrives at your home with professional equipment and a systematic approach to documenting every inch of your property. He's not filling out a form — he's building a complete picture of your home from scratch.
Adam scans the exterior of your home using Hover technology, capturing precise measurements of every surface — roof facets, siding panels, windows, doors, soffit, and fascia. You'll have a full 3D exterior model within 5 business days.
Every room, every level, every closet, every storage space. Adam measures each room and draws the floor plan as he goes — accurate to ⅛ inch. He photographs everything: finishes, fixtures, conditions, and anything noteworthy.
Throughout the visit, Adam captures immersive 360° photos with Matterport and Insta360, creating a virtual tour of your home that you can access from any device, forever.
Every mechanical system is inspected and documented. HVAC: age, model, condition, filter status. Water heater: age, type, anode rod status. Electrical panel: amperage, breaker condition, any safety concerns. Plumbing: supply pressure, visible drain condition, any signs of past leaks. Roof: visible condition from any accessible vantage points. Insulation: visible coverage in attic and basement if accessible.
Adam walks through every project on your list — the ones you're planning, the ones you're considering, and the ones you're worried about but haven't addressed. He asks specific questions, shares what he sees, and begins forming the recommendations that will appear in the Report.
- Any past inspection reports or project estimates
- Access to all major mechanical systems (HVAC unit, water heater, electrical panel, attic and crawl space if accessible)
- Your questions — write them down in advance if it helps
- The person who makes home decisions with you (this is worth having them present)
The visit takes 2 to 3 hours. Some homes take closer to 2. Larger homes or homes with more complex project lists may take the full 3 or occasionally a bit longer.
Everything delivered. Nothing missing.
Within 5 business days of your site visit, your complete Home Clarity Report is ready. Here's what arrives:
A 15 to 20 minute personalized video from Adam reviewing the key findings, priority recommendations, and budget guidance in plain English. Delivered alongside the Report.
The Report is also delivered in a premium portfolio binder with a personal welcome letter from Adam and a Lifetime HBC Membership certificate. Delivered in person where scheduling allows.
Five business days from the site visit. Everything above. In your hands, in your dashboard, and ready to use.
The Report is just the beginning.
From the day your Report is delivered, HBC is your permanent home advisor. Here's what that actually means:
Got a question about a system, a project, or a bid you received? Text Adam. You get the answer from someone who has seen the inside of your home, knows your equipment, and has no stake in what you decide. Response within one business day.
When you're ready to move forward on any project, Adam introduces you to a vetted HBC trade partner — with your complete home documentation already in hand. The contractor arrives knowing your floor plans, your system ages, your project scope, and your budget range. No repeated explanations. No wasted site visits.
As projects complete, your Home OS dashboard updates. Your Home Health Score reflects the improvements. New equipment gets logged with warranty dates and maintenance schedules.
The entire Home OS dashboard transfers to the new owner. The complete digital record of the property — floor plans, equipment history, project documentation, warranties, and the full Report — goes with the house. Buyers value this. Realtors are beginning to mention it.
The complete timeline.
