If you have a question not answered here, call Adam at (330) 203-1331. He picks up.

You get a comprehensive 30 to 50 page written report covering every room and system in your home, architect-grade interior floor plans for every level accurate to ⅛ inch, a full 3D exterior model via Hover technology, an immersive 360° photo tour via Matterport, proactive replacement pricing for every major system, complete owner's manuals for every appliance and mechanical system, detailed written scopes of work for every project discussed, and lifetime access to your private Home OS dashboard — including Bobby your AI home assistant, your project pipeline, equipment registry, maintenance calendar, and a direct message line to Adam.

Plus a permanent advisory relationship: one expert for the life of your home.

The on-site visit runs 2 to 3 hours. During that time, Adam walks your entire property, photographs and measures every room, captures 360° tours, scans the exterior, inspects every mechanical system, and discusses your goals, concerns, and project list in detail.

Your complete report is delivered within 5 business days of the visit.

A home inspection tells you what's broken. The Home Clarity Report tells you what to do about it — and everything else. We provide complete renovation strategy, realistic local pricing based on 27 years of Summit County experience, prioritized project sequencing, and a permanent advisory relationship.

Inspectors check compliance boxes; we build roadmaps. They're complementary services, not competing ones. See the full comparison →

Because the value it delivers is worth significantly more. The total stated value of everything included exceeds $14,000. Clients save an average of $16,100 on their first major project after receiving the Report — a 3.6 times return on the investment.

Your home is worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. The Report costs less than 1% of that value. It is not an expense — it's the smartest insurance you'll buy on this house. The price is not negotiable and will not be discounted.

It means one person to call — forever. Need guidance on a future project? Want a second opinion on a contractor's bid? Wondering whether to replace your roof or wait? You call or text Adam. No additional fees for reasonable advisory consultations.

Often yes — the Report frequently reveals how smaller projects connect to larger systems. A bathroom update might uncover plumbing that affects your future kitchen plans. A deck replacement might reveal structural issues that change the scope significantly.

Adam will always be honest with you on the discovery call: if the full Report isn't the right fit for your situation, he'll tell you and help however he can.

No. We are your advisor, not your contractor — and that independence is exactly what makes our recommendations trustworthy. We have no financial incentive to steer you toward any particular project or trade partner.

When you're ready to execute, we introduce you to vetted professionals from our curated HBC network. AK Renovations (Adam's contracting company) is available as a preferred contractor for clients who want to work directly with Adam's team.

Yes, absolutely. The floor plans, project scopes, and 3D models are designed to be shared. That's part of their value — they give any contractor you work with accurate information to bid from. You own the Report and can share it with anyone you choose.

The entire dashboard can transfer to the new owner. The complete digital record of the property — floor plans, equipment history, project documentation, warranties, manuals, and the full Report — goes with the house.

This is a material selling point. Buyers value knowing the full history of a home, and realtors are beginning to mention the Home OS dashboard as a feature of properties that have been through the HCR process.

Older homes are often where the Report adds the most value. Older homes have more systems approaching end of life, more deferred maintenance, more project complexity, and more opportunity for expensive surprises if you don't have a clear picture of what's there.

Adam has worked on homes from the 1880s through new construction — including his own 1834 farmhouse restoration. Older homes are a specialty, not a limitation.
